Taiwan and English pages go to [email protected]; the Hong Kong site to [email protected]; Simplified Chinese to [email protected]. Production is in Shenzhen and Taiwan; China contact address is Dalang, Dongguan.
What should I send for a quote?
Product type, estimated quantity, movement preference, target market, plus a drawing or sample photo if you have one. MOQ and lead time follow tooling and materials.
Can I inquire for dials or indexes only?
Yes. Choose “Dials / indexes” or “Other parts”. In-house dials and indexes can be ordered without a complete watch.
How soon will you reply?
The matching office usually replies on business days. For urgency, email the locale mailbox and put quantity and timing in the subject.
