Taiwan and Hong Kong are the centers for R&D, finance, sales and management. Dong Yin Precision, Yi-Lam Dial in Shenzhen, and Taiwan are the manufacturing bases. Equipment comes from Japan and Taiwan. Plants run an environmental recycling process.
