Project timeline
- Brief and quote Target cost, style, movement, water resistance, lead time and quantity. Quote in about 0.5–1 week.
- Design and engineering 2D/3D and construction reviews for look, cost and yield. About 1–2 weeks.
- Sampling Confirm timing, hand alignment, water resistance and cosmetics; lock QC standards. About 4–6 weeks.
- Mass production Component buying, assembly, full inspection and packing. About 11–13 weeks depending on volume.
- Shipment Export to the markets you specify.

Movement
Japanese quartz, Japanese automatic or Swiss quartz, selected to cost and function.
Case and finishing
304/316L, polish, brushing, PVD; resin, ceramic, carbon and zinc-alloy options on request.
Dial and indexes
Pattern, enamel, printed, Japanese/Swiss lume, etching, stamped, M.O.P., electroplated and carbon; Arabic, Roman, lume and special indexes.
Strap and buckle
Leather, rubber, FKM, steel bracelet, nylon/canvas and matching buckles.
Crystal and WR
Mineral or sapphire; 30m–200m depending on construction.
Logo and packaging
Dial logo, case-back engraving, boxes and branded packing.

Buying, assembly, full inspection and packing is about 11–13 weeks depending on volume. Tooling, special materials or movement shortages can extend this.
What can be customized?
