Dials
Watch dial process | enamel, M.O.P., lume
We make mid-to-high-end stamped, enamel, printed, Japanese and Swiss lume, M.O.P., etching, carbon, UP and multi-function dials.
Pattern
Sunray, mirror, spray printing, sandblast, brushing and concentric “record” grain.
Enamel
Blanking, feet, nickel, high-temperature enamel cycles, waterstone polish, then print or indexes.
Printed
Painted blanks with screen or pad printing for numerals, tracks and custom logos. Suited to volume and multi-colour work.
Japanese lume
Japanese luminous powder. Cream or pale yellow by day; a warmer yellow-green glow in the dark. Common on sport and dive lines.
Super-LumiNova Swiss lume
Swiss Super-LumiNova® powder. Higher brightness and longer afterglow; mint by day and a saturated green C3 glow in the dark.
Etching
Acid-resistant screen print, etch, clean, then plate, spray, print and apply indexes.
Stamped
CNC tooling and ~300-ton hydraulic press on copper for 2D/3D relief.
M.O.P.
Freshwater and seawater shell; seawater is rarer and higher cost.
Electroplated
Gold, silver and gunmetal tones.
